Simple Way provides motion design and animated advertising services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing of any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract before work begins.

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a binding agreement. It is a request for us to contact you regarding a potential project. No work is performed until a separate agreement is in place.

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and animations, is the property of Simple Way unless otherwise stated. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the applicable project agreement.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Simple Way is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
